These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and tdd77 ("tdd77", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at tdd77.cam ("Platform"). To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on tdd77, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:
tdd77 conducts mandatory age verification during the KYC process. Accounts where age cannot be verified will be suspended, any withdrawals will be withheld pending satisfactory verification, and deposits may be returned less any bonus value already used.
tdd77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.
When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. You must update this information promptly if it changes.
tdd77 operates a strict one account per person policy. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals or bonus balances.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person. tdd77 will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain reasonable security over your credentials.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must notify tdd77 support immediately at [email protected].
As part of our compliance obligations, tdd77 requires Users to complete a KYC verification process. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents: a valid national identity card (CNIC/NICOP), passport, proof of residential address, or source of funds documentation. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe will result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension until verification is complete.
By using the Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes. The Platform is provided for the purpose of entertainment and online wagering as permitted under applicable law. You agree not to use the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair tdd77's systems or interfere with any other User's enjoyment of the Platform.
tdd77 makes no warranty that the Platform will be continuously available or free of technical errors. Scheduled maintenance, system upgrades or events outside tdd77's control (including internet service provider disruptions) may cause temporary unavailability. tdd77 will not be liable for any losses resulting from such unavailability.
Users accessing tdd77 in Pakistan should be aware that internet access to certain platforms may be subject to PTA (Pakistan Telecommunication Authority) regulatory actions outside of tdd77's control. tdd77 does not guarantee uninterrupted access from any specific location.
All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to another individual — are prohibited and will result in the return of funds and potential account suspension.
tdd77's cashier may display payment options relevant to Pakistani users, which may include familiar domestic payment rails such as mobile wallets and bank transfers. The actual availability of any specific method — including those associated with Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah — is subject to the operator's current cashier configuration, the relevant payment provider's own terms and conditions, and applicable law. The mention of these payment rails is for contextual reference only. These providers do not endorse gambling or tdd77.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and KYC completion. All pending wagering requirements on bonus funds must be satisfied before a withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within the timeframe stated in the cashier, subject to verification and compliance checks.
tdd77 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will be made using the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically and commercially feasible.
Currency & Conversion: Account balances and transactions are conducted in PKR where the PKR cashier is active. Any currency conversion, if applicable, will be applied at the rate available at the time of the transaction. tdd77 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.

tdd77 employs automated and manual review systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to the registration of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, coordinated wagering by groups of users, and exploitation of technical errors in game or bonus calculation systems. Where bonus abuse is identified, tdd77 reserves the right to void the relevant bets, cancel the bonus, and close the associated accounts.
All bets placed on tdd77 are subject to the specific game rules and sportsbook rules applicable to that game or market. In addition to the general Terms set out here, those game-specific and market-specific rules constitute part of the agreement between you and tdd77 with respect to each individual wager.
Sports betting markets — including Pakistan cricket, PSL T20, ICC tournaments, international football, UFC and other events — are governed by tdd77's sportsbook rules. Odds are quoted in decimal format. All bets are accepted subject to available liquidity and maximum bet limits. tdd77 reserves the right to void bets where odds were published in error, where match fixing is suspected, or where the integrity of the market is compromised.
Casino games including slots, baccarat, blackjack, roulette and live dealer titles are governed by their respective game rules as displayed within the game interface. Bets placed during periods of connection interruption may be voided at tdd77's discretion. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer procedures as applicable.
In the event of a system malfunction, game error, or clearly erroneous odds publication, tdd77 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts. No claim shall arise against tdd77 for any winnings that would have resulted from a malfunction or erroneous display.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tdd77 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balances:
tdd77 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in any jurisdiction where a credible allegation of fraud, money laundering or financial crime is raised in connection with a user account. Account funds may be frozen pending the outcome of any investigation.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of tdd77.
Any unauthorised use of tdd77's intellectual property may result in legal action and the immediate termination of your Account.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tdd77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of account funds resulting from unauthorised access, or any other intangible losses arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform.
tdd77's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit tdd77's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. tdd77 does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free or that defects will be corrected.
tdd77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, tdd77 will provide reasonable notice by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and, where appropriate, notifying registered Users by email.
Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and contact support to close your Account.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which tdd77 is licensed and incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact tdd77 support to seek an informal resolution. tdd77 will make reasonable efforts to resolve all disputes promptly and in good faith.
Where informal resolution is not achieved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of tdd77's licensing jurisdiction. Users based in Pakistan acknowledge that this may involve pursuing claims in a foreign jurisdiction and that local courts may not have jurisdiction over tdd77.
Users in Pakistan are reminded that the enforceability of online gambling contracts may be affected by Pakistani law. tdd77 does not provide legal advice. You should obtain independent legal advice if you have concerns about your rights under Pakistani law in relation to online gambling.
